Having completed a recent major renovation, this space includes a 4K TV room, three additional bedrooms, and a gourmet kitchen with a double oven, wet bar, three sinks, a wine cooler, and a grill. There are plenty of spots to cozy up, relax and soak up the breathtaking view including the great room with a wood-burning fireplace or the spacious screened-in porch. Plus, if your group enjoys games, they’ll love spending time in the game room with a classic slate pool table. The Quattlebaum is a unique rental property for those large groups who want to stay under one roof.
Paradise Point
Tucked away in the north end of Pawley’s Island, you’ll find Paradise Point. This picturesque seven bedroom, seven-bathroom home sleeps 18. It is situated (as the name implies) on the point and showcases incredible views of midway inlet, South Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches. This house features an open living space, a study, professional-grade appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry. Paradise Point offers a beautiful spot to dine al dente, with a gas grill for preparing dinner while the kids splash around in the saltwater pool. The exterior also has a hot tub and hot and cold outdoor showers. When you book your stay at Paradise Point, you can relish the start of each day with a sunrise over a cup of coffee on one of the screened-in, covered porches before you make your way to the beach on your private boardwalk.
Sea Timbers
If you’re looking for a spot where you have the option to take a bike to explore new places, opt for Sea Timbers for your vacation rental. Located alongside the Waccamaw Neck Bike Trail, you can peddle your way along miles of secluded bike trails through Hungtington Beach State Park to dine at local restaurants or shop at boutique shops. After you adventure around on the bike trail, the huge deck offers a great place to relax on the swing bed or lounge chairs. There isn’t a bad view in this six bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom home, Decked Out. Situated on the northernmost tip of Pawleys Island, you’ll experience panoramic views of the midway inlet, the creek, Litchfield beaches, and the ocean. There are tons of windows and oversized sliders from the open living, dining, gourmet kitchen, and sitting rooms. This open floor plan is perfect for large gatherings. When you’ve had your fill of riding the ocean waves, you can return home to relax on one of the two pool decks or take a swim in the saltwater infinity pool complete with a stacked stone waterfall. This property also comes with a covered floating dock with deep water access. The dock is an ideal spot to go paddle boarding, boating, and kayaking. Plus it’s known to offer some of the top crabbing and fishing on Pawleys Island.

At the South End of Pawleys Island, you’ll find the spectacular Four Suns house. This six bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home sleeps 18 guests.
