Experience the charm of Pawleys Pier Village, a private condominium community in the heart of Pawleys Island. Across nine buildings, each rentable condo is furnished by its individual owner, giving every stay its own style. Choose an oceanfront retreat or a condo overlooking the pool and courtyard.
Condos offer two or three bedrooms and two or three bathrooms, with interiors ranging from light and modern to classic and traditional. Every building has elevator access, and each condo includes Wi-Fi, provided linens, beds made before arrival, and a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the coastal air. At the heart of the community, the pool and cabana offer another place to unwind.
Important Pier Construction Notice for Guests
Pawleys Pier Village is rebuilding its private pier. Construction is scheduled to begin October 1, 2026, and continue through May 31, 2028. If your stay falls during this period, please review these temporary changes before making your reservation:
- Pier and beach access: The pier and its beach access walkway will close on October 1, 2026. Beach access will be available through Buildings A and I.
- Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle per condo, in the covered space beneath the unit. Limited additional parking is available at the Lachicotte property. Please contact Ron Jones with parking questions before your arrival.
- Boats: Boats are not permitted on the property during construction.
- Traffic and restricted areas: The roadway in front of the courtyard will be closed to guest vehicles. The boatyard and the courtyard in front of Buildings B and H will be fenced and closed to guests.
- Additional site work: Concrete improvements are scheduled to begin October 5, 2026. Guests may periodically be asked to move their vehicles to designated parking areas behind Buildings F, G, and H.
- Construction activity: Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. Weekend work may occur when needed. Expect construction noise and heavy equipment, and please supervise children near work areas.
Access and parking instructions may change as work progresses. Please follow posted signs and any directions provided before or during your stay. We appreciate your patience as we make this improvement to Pawleys Pier Village.
