This beautiful and newly built six-bedroom beach house with private pool, spa and elevator has so much to offer.
Third From The End features a reverse floor plan. Five of the bedrooms with two bathrooms and family room are located downstairs. The Master suite is located upstairs along with the main living area (with a Queen sleeper sofa), dining room and kitchen. There are decks on the front and back of the house; both levels. The house has a beautiful back yard that features a patio with Pool and large gas lit fire pit.
The North Litchfield location of this vacation beach house is very quiet and just a short beach walk to Huntington Beach State Park. There is also a convenient beach access located right across the street from the house.
Please Note:
- For safety and accessibility, the elevator is available only to elderly guests and guests with disabilities.
- There is a Spa & Pool heating fee of $700 per week.
