The recently updated kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, and generous counter space, making it perfect for preparing meals for family and friends.

Entertainment is easy with 7 flat-screen YouTube TVs located throughout the home, giving guests plenty of options to unwind after a day at the beach.

Additional outdoor amenities include a double enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a fish-cleaning sink, charcoal grill, horseshoe pits, and benches for fun family gatherings and friendly competition. Guests will also enjoy access to a selection of beach chairs and beach toys conveniently stored in the smaller closet beneath the house for renter use.
