Our Pawleys Island Paradise!  Have an amazing holiday in this new, 5 Bedroom, 3 full bath beach home in the quiet and quaint Wacamaw Trace community. The home is adjacent to Litchfield by the Sea which includes access to certain of the resort’s amenities including an indoor/outdoor pool, lazy river, fitness center and shops. Just a quiet walk or golf cart  ride to the beach (take the short-cut over the private picturesque wooden bridge through the marsh). Or head in the other direction, and you are steps from the bike trails and less than 2 miles from beautiful BrookGreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park. And of course if it’s golf you’re looking for, you’re surrounded by several fantastic courses-each more inviting than the next.

The first floor features an open floor plan which includes a family room with fireplace, and dining area which provides plenty of space for family and entertaining.
