The housekeeping department at The Lachicotte Company takes pride in the details of their work, and strive to give the best customer service and care. Following a completed cleaning, our Inspectors recheck the home to ensure all owner and guest standards are met before arrival, as well as, report any damages, missing inventory, and/or general wear and tear.
We offer a full time maintenance team that possess the skills and experience necessary to evaluate maintenance needs and issues, and to determine the most cost effective solution. Providing and array of services including but not limited to: filter changes, smoke alarm maintenance, high-rise light bulb change, storm preparation, amenity troubleshooting (i.e. internet connectivity, electronics, or mechanical issues), and minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. All contracted work that can’t be performed in house will be contracted to the owners preferred vendor, and the maintenance department will oversee all scheduling, and supervision of all work being completed.
With all the Real Estate laws and compliance the management of rental income doesn’t have to be stressful with help from our experienced accounting team. Our team works to ensure all accounts are collected and disbursed correctly, on time, and in accordance to all laws. To ensure you know where you stand, you will receive monthly revenue statements and all revenue will be directly deposited into your account. Our property management team will also handle all third party billing for vendors which alleviates a substantial burden and makes filing your yearly income taxes easy.
