Terry Kinard is the Director of Cleaning Services for The Lachicotte Company. Terry is no stranger to South Carolina as he spent many years here during his college days as a record-setting Hall of Fame football star at Clemson University. He returns to the sunny South Carolina coast after retirement from his successful pro career in New York and Houston, bringing his extensive knowledge and experience in property services from his second career in New Jersey.
Terry is committed to providing the clients and guests of The Lachicotte Company with the best conditions possible during their stay in their vacation or long term rental home. He and his staff strive to make each guest house as comfortable and livable as each guest's own home.
