Gaye Anne Tanner Marketing Director
Mrs. Tanner, a native of Athens, Georgia, brings twenty three years of design, advertising, marketing, and promotion background to The Lachicotte Company and their clients.
She is a 1986 honors graduate of The University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and specialization in Graphic Design. Tanner worked in the field ranging from broadcast design for television news and promotion to prepress production for various businesses and as a freelance designer.
In 1998, Tanner moved to Fort Worth, TX to procure a Master of Arts in Church and Community Ministries from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where she served as a freelance designer for their in-house promotions department. While there, Tanner created, designed, and produced a comprehensive ad campaign for their $100 million fundraising project called "Touch the World; Impact Eternity." After obtaining her master's degree, Tanner worked for four years in Asheboro, North Carolina on the staff of First Baptist Church as their community outreach liason where she developed and directed seven satellite outreach offices through housing communities that provided spiritual and social services with the assistance of over twelve area churches and civic groups.
Upon her marriage in 2004 to Joseph K. Tanner, the Fire Chief of the City of Georgetown, Mrs. Tanner moved to Georgetown and within a year accepted the position of Marketing Consultant for the Georgetown Times where she assisted in sales and coordinated marketing efforts.
In 2008, Mrs. Tanner joined The Lachicotte Company and began to equip and assist sales agents to meet their clients' marketing needs in both the buying and selling process of real estate as well as enhance the ongoing reach of the rental and property management divisions through progressive online company exposure and broadened media mix.
