Wonderful three story home in private section of Inlet Point South at South Litchfield Beach. This spacious house is a favorite of many of our regular guests. Not only does it sit right on the ocean, but it also has a creek dock and access to the community pool. The views are remarkable and the interior is elegantly decorated. House features include living room, kitchen, dining room, den, three open porches, shared dock in creek, central H/VAC, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, Jenn-Aire range, wet bar, 4 TV's, Wireless internet, 2 outside shower and garage parking.

Bedding consists of 1 King, 2 Queens, and 5 Twins.

Max Occupancy: 11 Saturday to Saturday rental

The house was in the perfect location, but we found a few problems. The first was the roach issue. The house needs a serious pest treatment. We saw roaches in the house each night. This was a little disconcerting. The second issue was that we were travelling with young children and the house was not set up for them in any way. There were sharp edges everywhere. The table in the foyer was precarious to say the least. It was a top on a pedestal and was nearly knocked off on several occaions. And the steps were slick and hard and claimed several victims. I might suggest a runner. The house is a great space that just needs some adjustments to make it perfect.

Beautiful location and a great spot for kayaking. The view is what we liked the most-especially from the great room and master suite. We had stayed in the house a couple of times before when it contained a lot more furnishings, etc. We liked that they now have a TV in the great room but the thing we missed the MOST was internet access. However, you can drive down to Pawleys library and use their computers, if you don't have your own phone access. The new owners have done a lot to improve the structural aspects of the house- new windows, doors, paint, etc.

Wonderful location and the decks on this home overlooking the ocean are GREAT! Please Note: Towels/linens are NOT included in the rental price. These must be arranged separately from the rental reservation and the quality of the towels/linens leaves A LOT to be desired. One of the bedrooms that has a queen bed does not have a shower (just the tub). This was a little inconvenient for us. Except for the master bathroom, some of the other bathrooms have small showers/tubs. Kitchen is lacking a lot of counter space. Overall, it is a pretty home and the views are absolutely georgeous!

The house is nice, but there is a ton of wasted space. The master bedroom is HUGE as is the master bath - TOO HUGE! The elevator did not work the whole time we were there, either, which was a pain for groceries and luggage. It was looked at by a repairman, but never fixed. However, the overall stay was nice. Laundry room on 2nd floor was great, as was the kitchen.
