Seascape is our home away from home - WE LOVE IT!

My husband and I, along with our twin boys, tavel to Pawley's Island from New Hampshire each year. For the past 5 years, we have stayed at Seascape on the southside of Pawleys, directly on the ocean. The house is a wonderful vacatiaon spot. The beachfront is beautiful and the dock side is serine. The house is equipped with a great kitchen - all the pots, pans, utensils you will ever need. The flatscreen TV's in the bedrooms and den make it easy for everyone to have their own space. We plan to be back each year, hopefully, for many years to come. We love Seascape and feel so fortunate to be able to stay there.

Wonderful Wedding Week

I and my husband actually got married on the beach right in front of the Seascape. We had a wonderful time! The house has a very well-stocked kitchen and the T.V.s are nice too. We loved the location (very close to the mouth) and fishing by the goin is nice. We had a small incident and the Lachicotte Co. was very helpful. I highly recommend the Seascape. We had a great time and I'm sure if you stay there, you will too!

Our family has been to Pawley's Island 4 times. We all love the laid back lifestyle. We loved our stay at Seascape. It was perfect for our family. Everyone at the Lachicotte Company exhibits true southern hospitality and are a delight to work with. We can't wait to return!

We loved this little house, it was right on the beach and recommended by the staff. It was perfect for r adult women and a 4 year old daughter!

Wonderful house with FANTASTIC view, right on the beach. The pictures don't do the house justice. It's a perfect getaway with 4 bedrooms and plenty of space for entertaining. Screened in porch with wrap around deck provides great views and access to the beach, which is only a few steps from the house. This house is a great comfort for anyone looking to experience all that Pawley's Island has to offer.

Seascape ok

Generally fine. House had no mop, broom or dust pan. Vacuum gave off bad smell. Trouble with coffee makers. Maids had missed some parts of house from previous renter.
