A few inexpensive additions would help this cottage.A cookie sheet,a few pots and pans, a broom&dustpan;, a trashcan in the downstairs bedroom are needed.The toilet bowl in the downstairs toilet needs to be replaced and anchored! The shower in the downstairs bedroom needs a soap dish, a bathmat(we bought one because the tub is very slippery),and some sort of handle on the wall.The surface on the shower wall is deteriorating badly. Lightbulbs are needed throughout the house.Some of the outdoor lighting does not work.All that said, we were generally happy with our stay. We expected rustic and got rustic. However rustic should not preclude the inclusion of the very basic items listed above. The refrigerator died on the Saturday we moved in. We did not discover this until Sat. evening. We called your number and someone was out right away. We received a new refrigerator on Sunday morning - excellent service. We are also being reimbursed for the food we lost.

House location and ocean access outweigh the rustic style of the house. The only thing that is a hardship is that there is only one bathroom upstairs and the location of it makes it difficult for master bedroom occupant to use.
