Right on the Beach.

The Lighthouse has the most beatiful views and accessible beach access I have ever enjoyed. The home has a great 3rd floor perch that really gives access to the breezes and sounds of the ocean. It is also nice that the house is slightly removed in front of the neighbors so that there is less noticeable noise from neighbors. I can't really think of anything that I didnt really like about the house, except that it needs a few more newer rocking chairs on the decks. Thanks

Enjoyed the home but the price was high. Quality of the home was average. Being on the beach is great and relaxing. Over all a good time was had.

Close to the surf...

We have been in this home more than once so, obviously we like it. We have a couple of suggestions that would actually perfect this home. They include 1)move the laundry facilities OUT of the bedroom they are currently in to perhaps the hallway closet area; 2) instead of having private bathrooms in the downstairs bedrooms, open them to accommodate the two bedrooms that are on either side. A portion of the fabulous porches should be screened with a hammock. With these changes, this would be the perfect beach home with it's close proximity to the ocean's edge. We loved the surf actually rolling underneath the decking. And, of course the turtles nesting close by made for great teachable moments for the children. Thanks for the memories!
