Master bedroom is ocean front w/1 King, 2 creekside bedrooms, first has 1 double and 2nd has 1 King. Middle bedroom has 1 double bed.

The house was amazing and well decorated. Each bedroom was huge and had its own bathroom. (Though we were kind of dissapointed that the hot tub was not in working order.) I really liked this location compared to staying at the north end of the island. The beauty of the myrtle trees, the creek dock, and the ocean always makes Pawleys the best place to stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!

We loved the house. The ocean view was glorious. We had unbelievable weather. The owner was extremely gracious. She loaned place mats, napkins and silverware for a dinner party that I hosted in celebration of my husband's birthday. Initially, climbing all those stairs was tough but as the days went by, we started being in better shape. It was forced exercise! I am glad our visit was for a month! The location is central to everything. We loved the sunrises every morning. The Lachicotte staff are great too! The house was not very clean on arrival but the owner sent a nice lady over and took care of it.

The service was great. The home is beautiful, comfortable and exceeds expectations for a beach home. There is no way to describe the location of this and the other homes on the island. The views are spectacular out of every window. Pawleys Island is one of my favorite places for years and the Lachicotte Company has always provided great locations and service.

Three generations in top floor of large beautifully decorated home with fantastic views of ocean. Teenagers had fun at pool table and in surf, adults walked beach and had lots of quiet rest time. We have rented downstairs before and were happy with it... The upstairs has great views of marsh as well, so afternoons were spent by grandma on the back porch. Incredible family vacation... recommend it highly.

This home has a great view of the ocean and beach. The weather was not good but we did enjoy the ocean and beach. Played bridge in the marsh room, which has a pretty good view of the other side of the island. Nice decks although, no furniture on the marsh side. Nice to have a bath for each bedroom, since this was a couples trip. I would rent this house again. Pretty pool area with hot tub that we did not use due to weather. We had an enjoyable trip.

I grew up going to Pawleys but it has been many years since I had been back. Myrtle up was a beautiful home, perfect location - beach front, close to the north causeway. Close enough to grocery stores and restaurants but far enough to feel like you were on vacation. The Kitchen was stocked with every utensil essential to fixing a great meal and there were 2 dish washers!! The access to the creek dock was super - we spent lots of time crabbing and fishing off of the dock. Cant wait til our next trip back!

This place was amazing! The owners didn't leave out one detail, up to the bathroom and shower next to the pool. The owners were super friendly and welcoming with our young kids and we had our privacy when wanted!!We loved it so much , we went on and booked it again for next year! Love pawleys and this home made it that much more wonderful and relaxing!! Great furnishings in the home, too. Made it feel like home on the beach!!! Very impressed that there were no bugs anywhere inside!! Love it love it love it!!!!
