Wonderful two story home has a great location on the south end of Pawleys Island. House has one screened porch, two covered porches, two open decks and a crab dock in the creek. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area and large living area. Many previous guests have been delighted by the great layout of this home. Two enclosed outside showers with hot/cold water.

Two bedrooms on main floor and four bedrooms on second floor. House features Central H/VAC, Cable TV, VCR, DVD, Wireless Internet, digital phone, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave.

4 Queen, 1 Double and 4 Twin and 1 twin loft.

It took several exchanges to get the reservation correct. Seemed like the various people in the office were not communicating with each other. We had a problem with huge water bugs; nasty!! Telephone and internet access could not be fixed because of no access to the owners closet underneath the house.

Loved the house. We are renting it again next year. The only problems we had were that the refrigerator was not working all week and stove is on the way out. Please replace both for next year! We love to cook!

This was the perfect house for our extended family. It had a great location at the beach, and its up high decks allowed for great views up and down the beach. There were many small sitting areas in the house that allowed for everyone to have a place to escape on their own to read or relax. The bedrooms were comfortable and well decorated. The stove was a little dated and slow to heat up, but otherwise the house was perfect. We would be happy to stay here again.

Pawley's is the most wonderful place to vacation and this was the first time we rented from Lachicotte and it was a grat experience .

This is the third time our family has rented The Four Suns. This was the earliest time of the year we have had the house. As always, we had a wonderful time getting together but we feel the house was not checked and cleaned well at the start of the season. There were dead bugs on the floors, live bugs were also seen. The house and floors were dusty and one of our family said she needed to clean it up to be comfortable. The windows looking out to the ocean were dirty. Lamp bulbs were burnt out. We will probably not rent again so early in the year since the house looked as if it hadn't been properly prepared for rental. I wonder how the owners feel about that??
