The maximum occupancy is listed with each unit's description. This number indicates bedding accommodations and/or the limit set by the property owner. Our vacation property rentals are rented for family vacations only. NO SORORITIES, FRATERNITIES, WEDDING RECEPTIONS, "SPRING BREAK" PARTIES, or other such groups are permitted. OVERCROWDING OR MISREPRESENTATION IS JUST CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION AND FORFEITURE OF ALL MONIES PAID INCLUDING SECURITY DEPOSIT. SUBLETTING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION AND FORFEITURE OF ALL MONIES PAID.
