I have been an active real estate sales agent since 1994. Because I live in lovely historic Georgetown, South Carolina and my office is in Pawleys Island, my field of expertise is the historic district and resort property.
Georgetown offers a variety of real estate opportunities from commercial downtown businesses on the HarborWalk, to early 18th century historic homes, to waterfront homes on the Winyah Bay, to loft apartments and condominiums in the downtown area and in Maryville and Willowbank neighborhoods. My husband and I enjoy strolling down the live oak-covered streets and knowing our neighbors in the Downtown Historic District Association as well as our friends from the fishing community and who share meals with us at our favorite Front Street restaurants.
Of course, the short 10 to 15 minute drive to Pawleys Island takes us to the undisturbed beaches of the lowcountry coast. I have assisted clients in purchasing investment property for rental income and also in finding their second home or retirement place at the beach.
